Consultative Solutions • Efficiency • Professional Support
Some solutions require more than clicking an enrollment link. Property type, utility usage, equipment, building conditions, service area, installation requirements, and individual goals all matter.
These options begin with a conversation so my team and I can better understand the situation, identify relevant resources, and connect you with the appropriate providers, project teams, installers, contractors, engineers, or other qualified professionals.
Explore technologies and services designed to help homeowners and, where appropriate, renters better understand energy use, reduce unnecessary waste, improve HVAC performance, and create a more efficient and comfortable home.
Bundled home-efficiency solutions can combine monitoring, HVAC optimization, equipment support, air-quality improvements, professional service, and other technologies into a coordinated approach.
Electrical optimization technologies may help improve power quality, reduce avoidable electrical waste, protect connected equipment, and support a more efficient home electrical system.
Property conditions, usage, electrical configuration, equipment, installation requirements, and potential results vary.
Energy monitoring can help residents better understand where electricity is being used, identify unusual consumption, and make more informed decisions about efficiency improvements.
Available options may include system optimization, adaptive fan-speed controls, compressor support, equipment tune-ups, ongoing service plans, indoor-air-quality technologies, and duct-sealing services.
These solutions are not presented as one-size-fits-all products. A conversation allows my team and me to better understand the property, discuss the available options, and determine whether an assessment, professional review, provider consultation, or installation team may be appropriate.
Commercial and industrial facilities may experience unnecessary electrical waste, poor power quality, harmonic distortion, demand issues, equipment stress, and other operational inefficiencies. Available solutions are evaluated based on the individual facility.
Commercial electrical optimization solutions may address power factor, harmonic distortion, voltage conditions, surge protection, electrical-system performance, and equipment reliability.
Applications may include restaurants, hotels, retail locations, manufacturing facilities, schools, agricultural operations, offices, refrigeration environments, and other commercial or industrial properties.
Commercial projects may require utility data, facility details, electrical information, operating schedules, equipment loads, and professional review before an appropriate solution can be discussed.
My partners, project teams, and qualified professionals may assist with the assessment and review process.
Improving power quality may help reduce unnecessary electrical stress on motors, transformers, HVAC systems, refrigeration, electronics, and other critical equipment.
Depending on the project, my partners and I may coordinate with providers, engineers, project managers, contractors, installers, and other qualified professionals to gather information, evaluate the available options, and help move the process forward.
Commercial energy projects begin with discovery, documentation, and feasibility review. Through my professional network, qualified opportunities may be evaluated for commercial solar, battery storage, microgrids, energy management, EV charging, power-quality improvements, efficiency measures, and related infrastructure.
Important market clarification: Opportunities may be submitted from throughout the United States and from select international markets. Submission does not guarantee that a project can be accepted, designed, financed, permitted, installed, or serviced in a particular location.
Final availability depends on the property, utility territory, local law, permitting authority, project size, site conditions, economics, financing, equipment availability, qualified EPC coverage, engineering capacity, and other project-specific requirements.
Commercial energy development is approached as a coordinated process rather than a panels-only transaction.
Dave’s Energy Solutions acts as an independent advisor, connector, and project-development resource. I may help gather initial information, identify potential needs, coordinate introductions, and connect qualified opportunities with professional developers, engineers, EPC firms, contractors, installers, financiers, and other specialists.
I do not personally perform engineering, system design, construction, legal review, tax analysis, utility approval, or final financial underwriting unless separately stated in a written agreement with the appropriately qualified party.
The states below are presented as potential opportunity-submission markets, not as a guarantee of contractor licensing, EPC coverage, incentives, interconnection approval, financing, installation, or project acceptance.
The commercial-development network is described as supporting national and international energy projects. International opportunities are evaluated individually and may require local developers, licensed contractors, engineering teams, legal review, financing partners, import or equipment review, government approvals, currency analysis, and country-specific project structures.
The countries listed above are markets identified within available network materials. They should not be interpreted as an exclusive list or as guaranteed active service territories.
A qualified commercial opportunity in another country may still be submitted for initial review. The professional network will determine whether appropriate development, engineering, EPC, financing, legal, logistics, and operational resources are available.
No guaranteed availability: Project submission, initial discussion, or preliminary review does not guarantee that a project will qualify, receive a proposal, obtain financing, secure incentives, receive interconnection approval, obtain permits, reach construction, or become operational.
No guaranteed savings or returns: Energy savings, production, offset, avoided costs, return on investment, internal rate of return, payback period, equipment life, tax benefits, revenue, resilience, and environmental outcomes vary by project. Any forecast is an estimate based on assumptions that may change.
Independent role: David (“Dave”) Brown and Dave’s Energy Solutions are independent advisors and connectors. Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, they are not the project’s engineer, architect, EPC contractor, installer, utility, lender, tax professional, attorney, insurer, equipment manufacturer, government agency, or financial advisor.
Professional advice: Property owners and decision makers should obtain independent legal, tax, accounting, insurance, engineering, environmental, financing, and investment advice from appropriately licensed professionals before entering an agreement or relying on projected benefits.
Licensing and local compliance: Design, engineering, construction, permitting, contracting, and installation are subject to jurisdiction-specific licensing and regulatory requirements and must be performed by the responsible qualified parties.
Incentives and policy: Grants, rebates, tax credits, depreciation, renewable-energy certificates, utility programs, net-metering structures, export compensation, tariffs, financing products, and other benefits may change, expire, be reduced, be unavailable, or require additional eligibility review.
Utility and permitting control: Utilities, authorities having jurisdiction, zoning departments, building departments, fire officials, grid operators, lenders, landlords, insurers, and other third parties control their own reviews, timelines, approvals, fees, and requirements.
International projects: International opportunities may involve country risk, currency risk, political risk, customs, import duties, sanctions, export controls, local ownership rules, land rights, taxes, permitting, labor requirements, equipment standards, and cross-border contracting. Appropriate local professional review is required.
Compensation disclosure: Dave’s Energy Solutions may receive referral, development, project, affiliate, consulting, or other compensation if a customer, property owner, contractor, developer, provider, financier, or partner proceeds through an applicable introduction or professional relationship.
Confidential information: Utility bills, financial information, site documents, and business records should be shared only through approved and reasonably secure methods. Do not submit Social Security numbers, full banking credentials, passwords, or unrelated sensitive personal information through ordinary email.

Commercial water and sewer expenses can represent a significant operating cost. Water-flow stabilization technology may be appropriate for certain multifamily, hospitality, institutional, industrial, retail, and commercial properties.
AquaFlow technology is designed for installation downstream of municipal or industrial water meters. The system is intended to stabilize flow conditions and may help reduce turbulence, pressure fluctuations, and unnecessary measured usage.
Valve selection and calibration depend on the property, meter, line size, operating conditions, engineering requirements, and professional review.
Commercial projects may include baseline analysis, post-installation review, billing comparisons, measurement and verification, and engineering documentation where applicable.
Qualified partners, providers, and engineering teams may assist with these processes depending on the project.
Water reduction, sewer-cost impact, return on investment, installation requirements, and performance vary by facility, billing structure, usage, meter, infrastructure, and operating conditions.
Depending on the solution and provider, supporting materials may include technical specifications, engineering information, measurement-and-verification reports, case studies, product documentation, and examples of prior installations.
Technical materials may address product construction, installation requirements, operating ranges, compatibility, maintenance, certifications, and other engineering details.
Some commercial projects include utility-data analysis, baseline comparisons, post-installation evaluation, or other methods intended to assess observed performance.
Case studies describe specific properties, installations, and operating conditions. They are provided for educational purposes and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that another property will achieve the same outcome.
During a consultation, my team and I can help identify which available materials may be relevant to the property, project, decision maker, installer, engineer, contractor, or other professional involved.
My partners and I are continually looking to build relationships with qualified contractors, service companies, installation teams, and professionals who can help assess, present, install, service, and support energy- and water-efficiency solutions.
Opportunities may include residential and commercial energy optimizers, electrical monitoring, power-quality technologies, surge protection, and related electrical work.
Opportunities may include HVAC optimization, tune-ups, service plans, compressor support, fan-speed controls, indoor-air-quality technologies, and duct-sealing projects.
Commercial water-efficiency projects may require qualified plumbing contractors, mechanical professionals, engineers, and installation support.
Property managers, building engineers, facility operators, general contractors, energy professionals, and other service providers may also benefit from exploring collaboration.
My team and I are interested in building long-term relationships with reputable professionals who value education, proper assessment, quality installation, customer service, accountability, and collaboration.
Opportunities, responsibilities, qualifications, compensation, territory, training, and provider requirements vary by product, service, project, and professional relationship.
