Consultative Solutions • Efficiency • Professional Support

Home, Business & Property Efficiency Solutions

Some solutions require more than clicking an enrollment link. Property type, utility usage, equipment, building conditions, service area, installation requirements, and individual goals all matter.

These options begin with a conversation so my team and I can better understand the situation, identify relevant resources, and connect you with the appropriate providers, project teams, installers, contractors, engineers, or other qualified professionals.

Home Efficiency Solutions

Explore technologies and services designed to help homeowners and, where appropriate, renters better understand energy use, reduce unnecessary waste, improve HVAC performance, and create a more efficient and comfortable home.

Whole-Home Approach

EcoStella Efficiency Bundles

Bundled home-efficiency solutions can combine monitoring, HVAC optimization, equipment support, air-quality improvements, professional service, and other technologies into a coordinated approach.

  • Stella Prime HVAC optimization
  • Emporia Vue whole-home energy monitoring
  • SynCat-360 compressor support
  • HVAC tune-ups or service plans
  • Stella APC adaptive fan-speed control
  • Stella Aire indoor-air-quality technology
  • Duct-sealing options in applicable packages
Electrical Efficiency

Residential Energy Optimization

Electrical optimization technologies may help improve power quality, reduce avoidable electrical waste, protect connected equipment, and support a more efficient home electrical system.

Property conditions, usage, electrical configuration, equipment, installation requirements, and potential results vary.

Visibility & Control

Whole-Home Energy Monitoring

Energy monitoring can help residents better understand where electricity is being used, identify unusual consumption, and make more informed decisions about efficiency improvements.

Heating & Cooling

HVAC Performance Solutions

Available options may include system optimization, adaptive fan-speed controls, compressor support, equipment tune-ups, ongoing service plans, indoor-air-quality technologies, and duct-sealing services.

Start With a Home Efficiency Conversation

These solutions are not presented as one-size-fits-all products. A conversation allows my team and me to better understand the property, discuss the available options, and determine whether an assessment, professional review, provider consultation, or installation team may be appropriate.

Commercial Energy & Power Quality Solutions

Commercial and industrial facilities may experience unnecessary electrical waste, poor power quality, harmonic distortion, demand issues, equipment stress, and other operational inefficiencies. Available solutions are evaluated based on the individual facility.

Commercial Optimization

Commercial Energy Optimizers

Commercial electrical optimization solutions may address power factor, harmonic distortion, voltage conditions, surge protection, electrical-system performance, and equipment reliability.

Applications may include restaurants, hotels, retail locations, manufacturing facilities, schools, agricultural operations, offices, refrigeration environments, and other commercial or industrial properties.

Facility Review

Energy-Use and Infrastructure Assessment

Commercial projects may require utility data, facility details, electrical information, operating schedules, equipment loads, and professional review before an appropriate solution can be discussed.

My partners, project teams, and qualified professionals may assist with the assessment and review process.

Equipment Protection

Power Quality and Equipment Support

Improving power quality may help reduce unnecessary electrical stress on motors, transformers, HVAC systems, refrigeration, electronics, and other critical equipment.

Customized Projects

Commercial Project Coordination

Depending on the project, my partners and I may coordinate with providers, engineers, project managers, contractors, installers, and other qualified professionals to gather information, evaluate the available options, and help move the process forward.

Commercial Solar, Storage & Energy Development

Commercial energy projects begin with discovery, documentation, and feasibility review. Through my professional network, qualified opportunities may be evaluated for commercial solar, battery storage, microgrids, energy management, EV charging, power-quality improvements, efficiency measures, and related infrastructure.

Important market clarification: Opportunities may be submitted from throughout the United States and from select international markets. Submission does not guarantee that a project can be accepted, designed, financed, permitted, installed, or serviced in a particular location.

Final availability depends on the property, utility territory, local law, permitting authority, project size, site conditions, economics, financing, equipment availability, qualified EPC coverage, engineering capacity, and other project-specific requirements.

Integrated Energy Strategy

Audit, Reduce, Produce & Protect

Commercial energy development is approached as a coordinated process rather than a panels-only transaction.

  • Audit: Review bills, usage, demand, infrastructure, operating conditions, and project goals.
  • Reduce: Identify efficiency, controls, power-quality, HVAC, water, and operational opportunities where appropriate.
  • Produce: Evaluate solar, storage, generators, microgrids, or other onsite generation options.
  • Protect: Consider resiliency, backup power, surge protection, monitoring, maintenance, and long-term operational needs.

International Commercial Opportunities

The commercial-development network is described as supporting national and international energy projects. International opportunities are evaluated individually and may require local developers, licensed contractors, engineering teams, legal review, financing partners, import or equipment review, government approvals, currency analysis, and country-specific project structures.

Canada
Province, utility, permitting, financing, and local EPC requirements apply.
Dominican Republic
Project acceptance and delivery depend on local partners, regulation, interconnection, and commercial feasibility.
Jamaica
Island-grid conditions, utility rules, equipment logistics, and resiliency needs require project-specific review.
Kenya
Local engineering, permitting, financing, utility, import, and construction requirements apply.
Tanzania
Projects require country-specific feasibility, professional coverage, approvals, and delivery capacity.
South Africa
Utility conditions, load-shedding concerns, local regulation, engineering, and EPC availability must be evaluated.

Other Countries May Be Considered

The countries listed above are markets identified within available network materials. They should not be interpreted as an exclusive list or as guaranteed active service territories.

A qualified commercial opportunity in another country may still be submitted for initial review. The professional network will determine whether appropriate development, engineering, EPC, financing, legal, logistics, and operational resources are available.

How a Commercial Opportunity Is Evaluated

1 Initial Discovery Identify the property, decision maker, business type, energy challenges, operating goals, and project priorities.
2 Document Collection Gather available utility bills, interval data, site information, roof details, electrical information, and relevant financial objectives.
3 Qualification & Rating The opportunity may be reviewed for completeness, project size, feasibility, economics, timeline, and professional coverage.
4 PRO / Developer Review A qualified commercial-energy professional may be selected based on geography, industry, technology, project type, and expertise.
5 Feasibility Options One or more potential approaches may be developed for engineering, technology, construction, economics, and financing review.
6 Site & Engineering Review Qualified professionals may conduct site assessment, structural, electrical, civil, environmental, geotechnical, or other technical review.
7 Contracting & Approvals Final contracts, utility interconnection, permits, financing, incentives, insurance, procurement, and other approvals are handled by the responsible parties.
8 Construction & Operations Installation, commissioning, permission to operate, monitoring, maintenance, and performance obligations depend on the executed agreements.
