Looking for a Rental?
As a Tenant Placement Specialist, I connect prospective tenants with real estate and property management professionals handling available rooms, apartments, and houses throughout Maryland.
Homeowners, renters, businesses, organizations, property professionals, contractors, and families deserve options that fit their actual situation. My role is to listen, uncover possible opportunities, share useful information, and connect people with appropriate providers, programs, products, and professionals.
Availability matters. Not every product, service, program, or professional connection is available in every area. Availability may depend on location, utility territory, property type, customer qualifications, provider coverage, and applicable regulations. Many opportunities may be available throughout the United States and Canada. Housing connections are currently limited to Maryland.

Connecting People, Places & Opportunities!
Connecting people with useful resources has always been part of what I do through Dave's Energy Solutions. Maryland Rental Connection is an additional way I'm becoming involved in my Maryland community, building relationships, and making practical introductions.
As a Tenant Placement Specialist, I connect prospective tenants with real estate and property management professionals handling available rooms, apartments, and houses throughout Maryland.
Looking for tenant connections or property management resources? I welcome conversations about introductions and opportunities involving rental properties in Maryland.
I've partnered with Amazing Grace Property Services to connect property owners with property management professionals. Their team handles management services, rental applications, and lease arrangements directly.
Housing transparency: I am not a licensed real estate agent or broker. Maryland Rental Connection does not charge prospective tenants for introductions to the agent or property management team handling a property. Rent, application fees, deposits, and other property-related charges may apply separately.
Real estate professionals need more than property listings and contacts. Building relationships, exploring new tools, and discovering additional business opportunities can all be part of growing a successful business.
I'm also connected with Compsta, a separate platform that real estate professionals can explore as an additional resource. Start with my personal introduction, then take a look at the platform and decide whether it may be a fit for you.
Compsta is a separate third-party platform and is not part of Maryland Rental Connection's tenant placement services or Amazing Grace Property Services. Participation and any available opportunities are subject to the platform's own terms.
You do not need to know the exact solution before reaching out. Start with your situation and what you are trying to improve.
Explore energy, solar, water, household, wellness, and location-based opportunities that may fit your home, budget, or living situation.
Look for unnecessary costs, inefficient systems, resilience needs, funding resources, and overlooked operational opportunities.
Explore qualifying employee-benefit, payroll-related, energy, water, funding, and cost-recovery opportunities with professional review.
Connect with property-service professionals where available, plus Maryland-only connections involving rooms, apartments, rentals, and potential homebuyers.
Access potential supplier, product, training, financing, technology, referral, and relationship-building resources.
Share trustworthy education, create useful introductions, and explore ways to bring practical resources into the communities you serve.
Many people begin with one product, one program, or one service already in mind. But the first idea is not always the best starting point.
Sometimes rooftop solar makes sense. Sometimes reducing consumption should come first. Sometimes the opportunity involves water, equipment, commercial storage, employee benefits, cost recovery, technology, housing, precious metals, everyday products, or a qualified professional connection.
The goal is not to push the biggest solution. The goal is to identify the most practical next step.
Before recommending a major project, it makes sense to understand where waste, unnecessary cost, or another problem may already exist.
The full directory goes deeper. These are the main categories that may become part of the conversation.
Residential and commercial solar, community-based energy, electrical optimization, smart controls, monitoring, batteries, and commercial resilience.
Drinking-water filtration, whole-property treatment, commercial water efficiency, building products, equipment support, and professional connections.
Employer opportunities, business funding, project financing, professional cost-recovery reviews, and resources for qualifying organizations.
Real-estate technology, contractor and dealer resources, supplier relationships, training, marketing support, and business-development connections.
Physical precious metals, wellness, personal care, beauty, household products, food, family products, pet products, and shopping resources.
Courses, workshops, coaching, networking, product education, professional development, and independent partner or referral opportunities.
Important: I am an independent connector and advisor. Products, installations, professional evaluations, financing, enrollment, fulfillment, and specialized services are generally handled by independent providers and qualified professionals.
These categories are still in development, training, or onboarding and should not yet be treated as fully available in every market.
High-speed home internet, mobile-phone service, SIM activation, bundles, and opportunities for qualifying multifamily communities.
Credit-repair connections, financial technology, merchant services, card offers, personal loans, business loans, and additional funding resources.
Simple, direct, and built around understanding your situation before discussing a possible solution.
Share the question, bill, business issue, property situation, project, or idea.
We discuss your goals, location, qualifications, concerns, and current situation.
Possible products, services, programs, resources, and professional connections are considered.
If there is a reasonable fit, you receive the appropriate official resource or next connection.
Transparency matters. My role is to help people understand what may be available and make useful connections, not to pretend that I personally perform every service.
Products, installations, professional evaluations, financing, enrollment, housing decisions, fulfillment, and specialized services are generally handled by independent companies, contractors, platforms, and qualified professionals.
Availability, eligibility, approval, pricing, savings, financing, tax treatment, project acceptance, housing, income, recovery, performance, timelines, and individual results are never guaranteed.
Housing transparency: Room, apartment, rental, and potential-homebuyer connections are currently limited to Maryland. I am not a real estate agent or broker. Housing-related support consists of introductions through independent partners and qualified professionals.
Bring the situation, question, bill, business issue, property need, project, or idea. We will begin with what you are trying to accomplish.
